Self-Defense Course Package (from $399) -
Infractions only; NOT available for misdemeanor or felony clients   
We will coach you from only $399 in a personalized self-defense course on how to fight your own ticket.  This defense package gives you the basic ammunition and legal arguments necessary to have a chance to win your own case in court. 
Specifically, this package includes all the following:
1. Thirty-minute review of your case by an experienced trial attorney who determines your defenses and defense strategy
2. Thirty-minutes of legal advice and consultation with legal arguments and strategy session
3. Sample forms, motions, subpoenas and discovery requests that you can use to try to win your case. << Return to top

Case Evaluation by an Attorney ($499*)
An experienced attorney will review your documents and propose a defense strategy for fighting your case.   He will also propose the best defense package for your needs and this fee will be applied to the legal fees for the package of your choice if you hire us to defend you.  This package includes a 10-15 minute telephone call with the attorney to discuss your options.  << Return to top

Mandatory Court Appearance Package (from $599*)
We will defend you from only $599* in any single, mandatory court appearance.  This defense package applies if you are charged with any traffic infraction or misdemeanor requiring any single court appearance or hearing.  This package includes appearances in motions to set aside a failure to appear, set aside bail forfeiture, reopen a case, recall a warrant, reconsider a sentence, and other similar appearances. 

This package also includes an experienced trial attorney appearing on your behalf at your next court hearing to accomplish our goals and try and get the case dismissed or settled in a plea agreement that is acceptable to you.  Any underlying traffic case not resolved at this hearing will be set for a TBD or court trial according to court rule and commissioner discretion.   Additional fees are required for additional appearances or representation. << Return to top

Full Defense Package - Infractions (from $799*) – Trial by Written Declaration and Court Trial

We will defend you from only $799* in any traffic ticket infraction using our Full Defense option. This is our "best value" package because it includes an experienced trial attorney litigating your case in a court trial. This defense package does not include any court appearances at a mandatory arraignment. If you have a mandatory arraignment appearance then you must select the Complete Defense Package.

Specifically, this package includes all the following:
1. A written discovery request for copies of all evidence against you
2. A pretrial motion for any discovery or evidentiary violations
3. Investigation into facts of your case & research of legal defenses
specific to your case
4. Service of Subpoenas on all relevant witnesses and to obtain any helpful documentary evidence
5. Representation in your court trial if your case is not resolved or
dismissed sooner in an acceptable plea agreement << Return to top

Complete Defense Package - Infractions ($1,799*) - Arraignment & Trial by Written Declaration

We will defend you from only $1,799* in any traffic ticket infraction requiring an initial court appearance by using our Complete Defense Package. 

This package includes an appearance at any mandatory appearance arraignment and in a TBD, if available and allowed by the Court.  Specifically, this package includes all the following:
1. Court appearance at your arraignment
2. General set of written legal arguments and objections for your specific type of case
3. Your written testimony edited by an attorney, drafted by a paralegal and signed by you
4. A written discovery request for copies of all evidence against you
5. A pretrial motion for any discovery and evidentiary violations
6. A supplemental declaration with specific legal arguments tailored to your case
7. Written Request for Trial de Novo (new trial)
8. Investigation into facts of your case & research of legal defenses specific to your case
9. Service of Subpoenas on all relevant witnesses and to obtain any helpful documentary evidence
10. Representation in any pretrial hearings like discovery motions or pretrial conferences, and court trial if your case is not resolved or dismissed sooner in an acceptable plea agreement. << Return to top

Misdemeanor Pretrial Defense Package (from $1,799*)   

We will defend you from only $1,799* in the arraignment and all pretrial appearances or hearings in your misdemeanor case to try to get your case dismissed or reduced in an acceptable plea agreement.

Specifically, this package includes all the following:
1. All negotiation efforts with the prosecution to try to get your case dismissed or reduced in a plea agreement
2. Investigation into your case
3. Filing a demurrer to get your case dismissed before arraignment, if applicable
4. Court appearance at your arraignment
5. A written discovery request for copies of all evidence against you
6. Appearances by a trial attorney at all your future pretrial court dates (but not trial without additional legal fees if you desire to go to trial)
7. A pretrial motion for any discovery, evidentiary or other violations
8. Investigation into all facts of your case
9. Service of Subpoenas on all relevant witnesses and to obtain any helpful documentary evidence
10. Pretrial motions and appearance by trial attorney to argue and negotiate any legal reason for dismissal including discovery violations

Felony Pretrial Defense Package (from $3,500*)

We investigate your case and defend you at your felony arraignment to try and get the charges dismissed or reduced.  If your case is not dismissed or settled at your arraignment, then we will defend you in your Preliminary Hearing to try and get the charges dismissed. 

If your case is not dismissed or settled at your Preliminary Hearing and representation is needed beyond this hearing, then we can litigate up to your court trial, including all pretrial conferences and motion hearings, from just $3,500, depending on the severity of the charges and amount of anticipated work required to defend you. 

Specifically, this package includes all the following:
1. All negotiation efforts with the prosecution to try to get your case dismissed or reduced in a plea agreement
2. Investigation into your case
3. Filing a demurrer to get your case dismissed before arraignment, if applicable
4. Court appearance at your arraignment
5. A written discovery request for copies of all evidence against you
6. Any necessary motion hearings up to the Preliminary Hearing
7. Court appearance at your Preliminary Hearing
 
Supplementary Felony Pretrial Court Package:

If the case is not resolved either through dismissal or an acceptable plea agreement (you control this decision) at or before the Preliminary Hearing, then this defense package provides appearances by a trial attorney at all your future pretrial court dates, motion hearings and pretrial conferences for additional legal fees usually between $2,500 and $25,000, depending on the complexity of your case. Trial fees are separate and must be paid at least 30 days before trial. 

Specifically, this package includes all the following:
1. A pretrial motion for any discovery, evidentiary or other violations
2. Investigation into all facts of your case
3. Service of subpoenas on all relevant witnesses and to obtain any helpful documentary evidence
4. Pretrial motions and appearance by trial attorney to argue any legal reason for dismissal including discovery violations
